Virtual Event In light of the continued uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 situation, the safety and well-being of all the conference participants is our topmost priority. Therefore, the ESWEEK Steering Committee has decided to move to a virtual event format for this year to be held from September 20-25. The 2020 paper review, WiP submission and acceptance processes will proceed normally. We are heartened by a more than 50% increase in number of submitted papers at ESWEEK this year that shows the resilience of our community. We will follow up with further details on conference registration, presentation formats, special sessions and tutorials.
EMBEDDED SYSTEMS WEEK
SEPTEMBER 20-25, 2020 | VIRTUAL CONFERENCE
The Embedded Systems Week (ESWEEK) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience that fosters sharing of ideas, freedom of thought and expression, and respect for everybody regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form.
All ESWEEK attendees are bound to and expected to abide by both the ACM Policy and IEEE Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment. ACM and IEEE have procedures in place that should be followed for reporting and handling violations. In addition, ESWEEK provides a contact person to listen to, advise and help people who experience discrimination and harassment, including guidance on the steps necessary to have the matter further investigated by ACM and IEEE. The contact person for ESWEEK 2019 is Tulika Mitra (ESWEEK Co-Chair).
